1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using RoGen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of service

RoGen is a subscription-based AI coding assistant for Roblox Studio. You submit prompts describing what you want to build, and RoGen generates Luau code and inserts it into your script inside Roblox Studio.

3. Account requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoGen.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscription and billing

RoGen is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use RoGen to generate code intended for:

Malicious scripts, malware, or code designed to harm other users or systems.
Exploits, cheats, or code designed to circumvent Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
Any other unlawful or abusive purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Intellectual property

You own the code that RoGen generates for you and are free to use it in your Roblox projects. RoGen retains all rights to the platform itself — the plugin, website, backend, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer

RoGen uses AI to generate code, and AI-generated code can contain errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before using it in your game. RoGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using RoGen and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to code generated by the AI.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of RoGen after changes means you accept the updated terms.
